Shipping & Returns
Service
- Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed For.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time
Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch.
Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. A signature may be required on delivery.
Delivery address
- Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, if incorrectly inputted please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will aim to amend your delivery address, although this cannot be garanteed.
- Missed delivery
- If you’re not in, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with redelivery or collection options.
Packaging
- The Pod Bag is packed securely to protect it in transit; please retain packaging if you plan to return an item.
Peak periods
- Royal Mail service times may vary during holidays or local disruptions.
Returns
- You can return your Pod Bag within 28 days of receiving it.
Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
How to start a return

- Pack the Pod Bag securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Return shipping
- Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the credit after we confirm the refund.
Exchanges
- For a different colour or style, please return the item using the returns procedure and ensure you complete returns card with clear instructions on your exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your Pod Bag arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a returns label and a replacement.
