The warranty period is 12 month as standard.

Proof of purchase is needed for either refunds or replacement, and only applies to products bought directly from our webshop. Purchases can be returned within the 14 day purchase period.  Should the purchase be not to your liking, a replacement can be made or a full refund can be given.  Ensure ALL the packaging is intact prior to return. 

Bizzi Growin offer a FREE delivery on all orders over £50 in the UK, however we do not offer a free returns service.

Note: It is advised to use a tracking service in order to ensure your item is returned safely. As soon as we receive the returned item and that the product is still in it's packaging state, a replacement if required or full refund will be given.

Refunds are made on the same day we receive the return. Usually refunds are processed within 2-3 days depending on the bank used by the purchaser.
