The warranty period is 12 month as standard.

Proof of purchase is needed for either refunds or replacement, and only applies to products bought directly from our webshop. Purchases can be returned within the 14 day purchase period.  Should the purchase be not to your liking, a replacement can be made or a full refund can be given.  Ensure ALL the packaging is intact, and the product must not have been used prior to return.

Bizzi Growin offer a FREE delivery on all orders over £100 in the UK, however we do not offer a free returns service.
