Dispatch schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Handling time
We aim to dispatch in‑stock items within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
Service used (UK)
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked and Signed For.
Tracking details
You will receive a shipment notification with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Pre‑orders
Pre‑ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. If your order includes both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship them together when all items are ready unless you choose split shipping at checkout (additional charges may apply).
Delivery timeframes (UK)
The 48‑hour service typically delivers within two working days from dispatch; this timeframe is provided by Royal Mail and is not guaranteed. Remote areas or adverse conditions may extend delivery times.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions.
Uncollected items may be returned to us; re‑shipping fees may apply.
Loss or damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with a Royal Mail investigation and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our terms.
International Shipping
Services and timelines
International delivery options, carriers, and estimates vary by destination but usual delivery is between 7-11 days. Estimated delivery windows are counted from the dispatch date and are not guaranteed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bizzi Growin covers standard customs charges where we are able to do so; however, depending on your country’s import policies and thresholds, you may be required to pay additional local duties, taxes, handling, or brokerage fees before delivery. These fees are determined by your local authority and are the recipient’s responsibility when applicable.
Documentation
All shipments include the necessary customs documentation and accurate product values to comply with import regulations.
Tracking
International orders include tracking where available. You will receive a shipment notification with the tracking number once dispatched.
Refused/returned international parcels: If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we will refund the product price less any shipping, return, and customs costs incurred once the parcel is received back in saleable condition.
