Returns

• You can return your Pod Bag within 28 days of receiving it.

Condition

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

Return shipping

• Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the credit after we confirm the refund.

Exchanges

• For a different colour or style, please return the item using the returns procedure and ensure you complete returns card with clear instructions on your exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If your Pod Bag arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a returns label and a replacement.
