- Use a gentle cycle with cold or warm water (30°C max). Hot water can damage fibers and reduce softness.
- Choose a mild, liquid detergent that’s free from dyes, optical brighteners, and strong fragrance. Baby-safe or sensitive-skin formulas are ideal.
- Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets. They can leave residue that mats fibers and reduces fluffiness.
- Wash with similar soft items. Avoid heavy, abrasive loads (towels, jeans, zippers, Velcro) that cause pilling or pulls.
