Warranty Information (Carriers)
Baby Carrier Returns & Warranty Policy
1. Returns (Unwanted Items)
If you wish to return an unused baby carrier, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (returns will be refused if items carry perfume, deodorant or any other noticeable odours).
All original packaging, tags, and instructions must be included.
The returns card included in your order must be fully completed and enclosed with your return.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Returns that show signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty Items & Warranty (12 Months)
All baby carriers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Faulty stitching, straps, buckles, or structural components.
If a fault occurs within this period, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the item.
Replace the item.
Where a refund is agreed for an item that has been used, we may apply a deduction to reflect the use that a product has had.
3. What is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, fabric wear).
Damage caused by misuse or improper care.
Accidental damage (e.g. rips, stains, burns).
Damage caused by incorrect washing or storage.
Unauthorised alterations or repairs.
Magnetic Buckles
Our carriers may feature magnetic buckles designed for ease of use and secure fastening. These are tested for durability and safety under normal use.
However, the warranty will only apply where a manufacturing fault is identified. It does not cover:
Damage caused by force, impact, or misuse.
Issues arising from improper handling or care.
Correct Use of Carrier
Baby carriers must be worn and adjusted in line with the provided instructions. Incorrect use including improper positioning, fastening, or adjustment, can place excessive strain on components such as the waist belt and support structure, which may lead to damage over time.
Damage resulting from incorrect use, poor fit, or improper adjustment is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered under warranty.
